As I write, it’s pouring down with rain and I’m contemplating either turning on the heating or retreating back under the duvet with my laptop, but I am optimistic for a lovely long sunny summer. Either way, there are many films, books and exhibitions to look forward to, including:
Yes of course I’m predictably excited for a romcom starring my guys Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans, but hear me out. Materialists is also written and directed by the immensely clever and talented Celine Song, who brought us my favourite film of 2003, the sublime Past Lives.
